This pendant is built around a pierced open circle rather than a solid disc, giving it a lighter, more architectural feel than a traditional coin-style medal. The engraved portrait of Christ sits within that open ring, with fine cross-hatched shading building the radiating halo and hair detail with enough depth to hold its definition over time. The border is finished in a continuous beaded rope twist rather than a smooth rim, catching light at different angles. It hangs from a plain oval bail on a fine curb-link chain, light enough for everyday wear.
