These take the classic hoop and give it a distinct, fluid taper, slim and narrow at the top near the hinge, swelling into a fuller, molten-looking curve at the base, as though the gold itself had been left to settle and pool. That graduated shape gives the earrings real visual movement, drawing the eye downward toward the heavier, more rounded lower curve rather than sitting as one uniform loop.
Finished in high-polish 9ct gold, the smooth, domed surface makes the most of that changing width, catching light differently across the earring as it curves and thickens.
